With a location not that far from the California State House as well as the finish of the Urban Cow Half Marathon (and not that far from West Sacramento where the Shamrock'n Half starts and finishes) this place has a lovely selection of taps*, good filling food, with vegetarian options that made me smile, great open seating as well as a patio, and is just really friendly. I do not know if it is dog friendly. Parking is available on site and in the neighborhood.

*I have never not found Pliny The Elder on the draught board.
