We wanted to go someplace else however, I am, on occasion, an idiot and I did not check to see if it was open. It wasn't. It was something that was easy to Google.
I went to the Untappd app and looked at the craft beer near me. Two blocks away was The Butcher Shop and it was open. We walked over and were seated. We were the only people there. It was glorious. It has nightlife vibe and the music was pumping. As we were the only people there, I did ask them to turn it down a little. They had a good beer list. I was introduced to some local breweries that I was unfamiliar with. The food was elevated pub fare. I had a salad because look at me in that photo. It is obvious that a salad was the right choice. My dining companion had the burger and really enjoyed it. We both had fries and they were hot, crispy, and great with the beer.
As we were leaving, a group of youngish guys came in, obviously following a basketball game. That one of them had a basketball was a decent indicator. It is not far from the Intercoastal Waterway which does have some lovely trails around it though running in Miami is...a choice.
Parking would be difficult. We took a car. It was the right choice.
I am not sure but I am going to assume that this is not the right place for your dogs.
